In its partnership with Fox, streaming platform Tubi will livestream the Thanksgiving Day NFL game for free.

“This latest partnership between Tubi and FOX Sports builds upon their record-breaking performance streaming Super Bowl LIX,” a press release announced. “In addition to delivering the most-streamed Super Bowl in history with over 24 million unique viewers across game day programming, FOX Sports and Tubi set a record with 13.6 million average minute audience and 15.5 million peak audience during the big game.”

Last year’s Thanksgiving game was “most-watched regular-season NFL game,” and this year’s annual “John Madden Thanksgiving Celebration” game will see the Detroit Lions face off against the Green Bay Packers.

The Lions are currently 3-1 this season, and in their latest win, Aidan Hutchinson led his team on defense.

“He recorded a sack for the third straight contest, finishing with two against the Browns,” the Lions media team reported. “He added four quarterback hits, two tackles for loss, a forced fumble, and four tackles. He’s now at 32 career sacks, the most any Lions player has produced through the first four seasons of their career.”

The Lions will face the Cincinnati Bengals this Sunday at 4:25 p.m.

Meanwhile, the Green Bay Packers ended their last game in a tie against the Dallas Cowboys.

The game went into overtime, which means that both teams are guaranteed the ball. However, “if the score is tied at the end of the 10-minute overtime, it’s a tie. After both teams have the ball, if one team has the lead, they win,” the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel explained.

Packers defensive end and former Cowboys star Micah Parsons was not pleased with his team after the tie.

“I take ownership, Coach in there took ownership,” Parsons shared. “Ownership is one thing, but doing something about it is another. We gotta tomorrow, [be] like ‘Let’s all watch this film as a team. Like, let’s break it down. Like, let’s talk about it.’ You know, I think that’s the tough conversations that we need to have all together.”

The Packers will head into the bye week 3-0-1 and will be able to work on their defense, which let the Cowboys put up 40 points.

Parsons is also a believer in Christ and shared several photos from their win against the Washington Commanders last month, including a snap of several Green Bay players and Washington players taking a knee for a moment of prayer.

“God Did!” Parsons captioned the post.

The Packers and the Lions will face off at 1:00 p.m. on Tubi on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 27.
