WHEN CALLS THE HEART Season 10 Premiere Date Announced, Season 11 Confirmed

Hallmark recently announced the premiere date for Season 10 of the hit show, WHEN CALLS THE HEART, and confirmed that season 11 is in the works.
Season 10 will kick off on July 30, with 12 episodes total.
“I am beyond excited for season 10 of WHEN CALLS THE HEART to premiere,” said Erin Krakow, series star and executive producer. “This season is full of beautiful moments and exciting twists and turns. I can’t wait for the Hearties to see what we’ve created for them!”
She added, “I’m so thrilled, proud and grateful to Hallmark that the show has been renewed for season 11. We have so many more stories to tell. With our amazing cast, crew, and brilliant writers, there will be no shortage of romance and new adventures for the residents of Hope Valley!”
“WHEN CALLS THE HEART has continued to be a standout amongst our Hallmark catalogue and we’re thrilled that we’re able to bring more stories of faith and community to the homes of millions of viewers,” said Lisa Hamilton Daly, Executive Vice President of Programming.
WHEN CALLS THE HEART was last year’s No. 1 most-watched scripted series on basic cable, with an average of 2.9 million viewers tuning in every Sunday night. The season 9 finale, which debuted in May 2022, brought in 3.1 million viewers, making it the most-watched episode of the season.
Season 10 will focus on the major events that the season 9 finale introduced—Elizabeth and Lucas’ engagement and Rosemary and Lee’s baby news.
Hallmark also announced that WHEN CALLS THE HEART has been renewed for season 11, which will also consist of 12 episodes and will begin production in July.
“The uplifting nature of the show paired with the love and positivity in the storytelling makes for a very heartwarming television experience and it’s only going to get bigger and better in season 11,” Daly added.

Hallmark renewed WHEN CALLS THE HEART for its tenth season and also announced plans to bring on a new showrunner.
“We have the news you’ve been waiting for!! SEASON 10 WILL HAPPEN!!!” Hallmark announced on Instagram.
WHEN CALLS THE HEART recently hired Lindsay Sturman, known for series like SUPERGIRL and TEEN WOLF, who has over 15 years of experience in the business.
“WHEN CALLS THE HEART continues to push the limits as to what we can achieve with this show,” said Lisa Hamilton Daly, Crown Media Family Networks’ executive vice president of programming, in a statement about the show’s renewal. “There are many more stories still to be told about the lives of the beloved characters in this series and we cannot wait for everyone at home to tune in to see what unfolds.”
Laurie Ferneau, the senior vice president of development at Crown Media Family Networks, echoed Daly’s enthusiasm, adding, “We are also excited to welcome to the family our new showrunner, Lindsay Sturman, who brings her immense talent to the show.”
WHEN CALLS THE HEART star and executive producer Erin Krakow is equally excited about the show’s tenth season.
