Christian influencer Allie Schnacky wants everyone to experience the joy she’s found in Jesus.

“God has changed my life. I want to share it to the ends of the earth,” she said in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter.

She often shares her thoughts about God with her 876,000 Instagram followers.

“For the person that needs to be reminded that God not only cares about your desires, He created them 🤍 I pray that for remind your spirit that you can trust Him. I’m so thankful for all the times God delayed my timeline & made me hold out for what He had! His ways are always better,” Schnacky posted earlier this month.

But it’s not just Schnacky’s Instagram that has gained a following. The 25-year-old is a part of JWLKRS Worship, a worship collaboration made up of her family and friends.

THR explained that the group is “a collective of Christian content creators, musicians and speakers helmed by Allie’s family, including her father, Lance; her younger sisters, Ella and Noelle; and her older brothers, Noah and Colby, the latter of whom was adopted by the family, and an evolving group of other creators, among them [Austin] Armstrong, Mickala Williams, Tiffany Hope and Kristin Marino, Noah’s fiancée.”

JWKRS and its personalities gained popularity during the Covid pandemic in 2020. Schnacky explained that Noah and Colby “just started making videos for fun because there was nothing else to do.” At first, though, she had no interest in being part of it.

“[Social media] led me to spiral in so many different ways. My brother was heavily involved in it, and people would always compare me to him even though he was my biggest supporter — as if my value was lesser than his because of a number on a screen,” Schnacky reflected.

But when she had a personal encounter with God, her passion to share more about Him grew. She said, “I was in my bed, crying, just feeling worthless. I felt so lonely…and He hit me so hard in my bed that night. He told me, ‘Allie, you are chosen by me.’…I was able to share with others that they were known by God, as fully worthy.”

She soon joined the social media group to share Christ’s transformative power with others: “We’d encourage them in their faith, to find peace and joy in that hard time [through] God, because that’s where we got it from…We started to realize there was such a big need for people to be encouraged, for people to feel like they belong to a family.”

The group has been rising in popularity, receiving a Grammy nomination last year as part of their collaboration with Maverick City Music, among other award nominations.

Today the group continues to encourage people through their music and their podcast, where they speak with different Christian stars and pastors. Their story is a reminder that God can use anyone and that community is so important as we grow in our relationship with the Lord.
