Becca offers to contact Lead Oil for Rose. Logan answers and says he can only discuss the situation with Rose because she’s the only one listed as Josh’s emergency contact. Before handing the phone over, Becca tells Rose she’s talking to a big corporation and, if she thinks they’re holding back, to push harder.

Logan tells Rose the company won’t have any updates until they can reestablish communication with the oil rig. However, he makes sure she gets text updates. Rose is still frustrated, but Becca tries to stay positive. No news is good news, she tells Rose.

Martin tells Logan he has six hours to contact the families and to plan for a late evening. Logan says he took the job so he could help people.

Tucking her niece in for the night, Becca tells her sister that she needs to find her “Josh.”

The next day, Logan continues to field and make calls to the families. Becca calls again for any update. Martin warns Logan to keep his personal feelings aside as he deals with the inquires. Logan shares that he wishes he could be in Montana to be with this family. Martin agrees to let Logan go to show Rose and Becca the company is on their side. He advises Logan to let his visit be a surprise because it would make a nice story for the company.

Landing in Montana, Logan runs into Becca at the coffee shop. After a meet-cute and stopping by the yarn shop, still without revealing who he is, he shows up later at Rose’s house. Rose is startled thinking he showed up with bad news, but he assures her he’s only there to support them on behalf of Lead Oil. Rose and Becca make Logan dinner, and Rose asks him to purchase something from their yarn shop. Logan shares with them that he himself doesn’t have any family left. He also admits he admires their small town farm life.

At the shop the next day, Logan admires the shop and excitedly shares some ideas for Becca’s website. However, when a photographer appears, Becca questions why Logan’s really there. Becca also has some important news to share with Logan that complicates everything.

Can Becca and Rose trust Logan? Will Josh make it home for Christmas? Can they keep the business afloat or maybe even make enough money so that Josh can stop taking oil rig jobs?
