What You Need To Know:

KISS ME A KILLER is a sleazy modernization of James M. Cain's "The Postman Always Rings Twice." Set in the slums of Los Angeles, bar owner Jake Bozeman mistreats his attractive wife, Teresa, a sexy Latino woman several years younger than her overweight WASP husband. Tony Montero is hired by Jake to play guitar on the bar's center stage. Tony seduces Teresa, and she decides to ditch her husband. Tony tricks a friend into stabbing Jake. When that doesn't work, the "lovers" get Jake drunk and push him down the stairs. The fall only knocks him unconscious. Tony and Teresa fornicate. Finally, Jake is gunned down by the guy that stabbed him earlier. After Jake dies, the guilty couple collects his life insurance.

Riddled with cliches, plot-holes and bad acting, KISS ME A KILLER can be summed up in one word: LAME. Even the music in the bar, touted as KISS ME A KILLER's strength by its producers, is incredibly monotonous. As for KISS ME A KILLER's offensive content, everything from drunkenness to sex in a church pew can be found here. If you accidentally walk into KISS ME A KILLER, shake the popcorn from your feet and promptly leave the theater.

KISS ME A KILLER is a sleazy modernization of James M. Cain’s “The Postman Always Rings Twice.” Set in the slums of Los Angeles, bar owner Jake Bozeman mistreats his attractive wife, Teresa. Teresa, a sexy Latino woman several years younger than her overweight WASP husband, endures his abuse.

Enter Tony Montero, a drifter hired by Jake to play guitar on the bar’s center stage. Tony manages to seduce Teresa. With a new man in the picture, Teresa decides to ditch her husband.
