MY MOTHER’S FUTURE HUSBAND is a romantic comedy about 15-year-old Headly and her mom, Rene. It’s been five years since a tragic bus accident killed Headly’s father. Since then, Headly and Rene have become the best of friends. Headly becomes convinced her mom needs romance in her life again after Headly experiences the excitement of her own first crush. Determined to help them both find new beginnings, Headly devises a scheme to match her mom up with some potential suitors.
