STATE PROPERTY 2 is cleverly written and edited, but the story eventually succumbs to over-complicated, confusing plot twists that destroy the movie’s momentum. Also, there are no real heroes in the story. The main characters are all pretty despicable gangsters. Obscenities are also rampant throughout the movie, and there is a pretty strong sexual montage of one of the gangster’s daily sexual exploits. The movie’s pro-gangster themes are laced with gangster rap. This immoral pagan content only serves to degrade young people living in the inner city, both young men and young women.
