Erin Napier Shares Throwback Photo After Crazy Dream: ‘I Woke Up So Thankful’

By Movieguide® Contributor

Erin Napier posted a sweet throwback picture of herself and husband Ben, along with a caption about a dream she had about her life with Ben.

The photo shows the couple from when they first started dating. Erin’s caption reads:

Y’all I had one of those dreams I could remember when I woke up and I’m going to write it down here so I don’t forget: it was 2022 but I was back at @jonescollege_ where @scotsman.co and I met, but I couldn’t find my life. I was dating a boy I didn’t know, and I was 19, but my mind was 36 and I needed Ben, this 21 year old Ben from 2004 so we could meet and start our life together, have our babies, make Home Town, all of it. But if it’s 2022, I had missed it! And I needed Ben in the second slide to find me and take me back to being 36 again. Woah. It was heavy. I woke up so thankful my babies were sleeping in their beds and 38 year old Ben was waking me up with a hug on his way to the gym. Are there any dreams you can remember?

This isn’t the first time Erin has talked about how meeting Ben changed her life for the better. In a recent Instagram story, she wrote, “I fell in love with Ben Napier because in college, I watched as he went to sit beside the person eating alone. I needed him when I was younger. I married him because of his character in those kinds of situations. And a million other reasons.”

Movieguide® previously reported on the Napiers’ marriage:

HGTV star Erin Napier recently gave birth to her second daughter, Mae, on May 28 and shared that she is thankful to her husband and her daughter’s father, Ben Napier.

On Instagram, Erin shared how Ben supported the family throughout her pregnancy and time with the newborn.

“If he’s not scooping me up off the sofa as I’m still recovering from surgery, he’s mixing a bottle or taking Helen swimming,” Erin wrote. “And I have kissed him every time he’s in arm’s reach because I know exactly how lucky we all are. 😍.”

Erin continued: “A reminder for those with spouses: tell them often – ‘thank you for everything you do for us.’ and MEAN IT.”
