This Marvel Kids Show Gets Season 5 Renewal

MARVEL’s SPIDEY AND HIS AMAZING FRIENDS has been renewed for Season 5. The Disney Jr. show is currently airing Season 3, while Season 4 will debut this summer.
“Follow Peter Parker, Gwen Stacy, and Miles Morales and their adventures as the young heroes team up with Hulk, Ms. Marvel, and Black Panther to take down foes like Rhino, Doc Ock, and Green Goblin,” a synopsis of the series reads.
Nielsen reported that the show was “the second-most-watched streaming show among kids age 2-5, and remained No. 2 when isolating for boys 2-5″ during 2024’s Q4, surpassing both PAW PATROL and COCOMELON and falling right behind the hit show BLUEY.

Brad Winderbaum, head of Marvel Television and Marvel Animation, continued, “Spider-Man is one of Marvel’s most iconic characters, beloved by fans of all ages for over 60 years. These characters can speak to audiences of all ages, and MARVEL’S SPIDEY AND HIS AMAZING FRIENDS is a fun, vibrant entry point for kids to the wider Marvel Universe. There’s plenty more adventures ahead for Spidey, Spin, and Ghost-Spider, and we’re excited to partner with Disney Branded Television on a fifth season.”
Animation Magazine reported that this was the first full-length Marvel preschool series and originally premiered in 2021. The upcoming Season 4 “will introduce a new ‘Water-Webs’ storyline where Team Spidey receives new water-themed powers and pirate suits,” the outlet said.
