Looking for another place to watch faith-based and family-friendly content? Positiv TV has got you covered.

“Positiv TV is a national and free 24/7 movie network showcasing favorites from Hollywood studios and independent providers,” the network’s website reads. “We offer stories of hope, courage, compassion, honor, redemption, and triumph — movies with a message that will not only make you feel good, but also inspire you to do good.”

Positiv TV is available over-the-air in 29 regions, as well as On Demand. The network’s app is also available for download on Roku TV, Fire TV and Apple TV.

“Our team takes great pride and effort to screen all of our movies before showtime to block any inappropriate content,” Positiv TV’s website reads. “That way, you can feel confident that the content you’re watching adheres to our ‘Positiv’ standards.”

Positiv TV explained that they “make a conscious effort to program movies for the whole family to enjoy,” but “while all of our films have a positive message, not all of them may be suitable for younger viewers.”

The network provides ratings for all movies in advance, both through Positiv TV’s newsletter as well as in the movie’s description. They also show a parental discretion message before airing any movies rated PG-13 or R, which are “edited for language and content to meet our ‘Positiv’ broadcast standards.”

Positiv TV adds new movies each month, all of which fall under different themes. Some of the movies the network has offered viewers include IN THE HEART OF THE SEA, EASTER PARADE, BE KIND REWIND and LET THERE BE LIGHT.

In addition to offering viewers family-friendly content, Positiv TV is also involved in many humanitarian efforts through the charity component, PositiveCares.

“PositivCares was created for one primary purpose: to offer our viewers an opportunity and gateway to do something positive, to give back,” a statement reads

PositivCares works with organizations like the Warrior Dog Foundation, Toys for Tots, Christian Community Action and the Tunnels to Towers Foundation.

Through their work with Tunnels to Towers, Positiv TV even centered a month of movies around the theme of “Men of Valor.”

“Positiv TV offers quality movies filled with messages of hope, encouragement, triumph and redemption,” a statement on the Tunnels to Towers website shared. “Positiv TV aims to ‘show movies that not only make you feel good but inspire you to do good.’”

Positive TV is a wonderful destination for viewers looking for faith-based and family-friendly movies people of all ages can enjoy together.
