FIXER TO FABULOUS host Jenny Marrs shared a simple video that reminds her to pray.

“I love the sound of the church bells ringing in Tuscany,” Marrs wrote alongside a video of an Italian bell tower ringing. “I love that special ‘campanile’ were built to house the bells. I love that they serve as a call to prayer.”

“I love that, historically, Tuscan farmers would be toiling in the fields and would pause for prayer when the bells chimed,” she continued. “I love that these bells still ring today. Even in an age when tourists pass the towers unknowingly on their way to a “checklist” destination or possibly pause only for a quick photo.”

She explained she keeps the video in her “‘favorite’ album” because it reminds her to pause and pray.

“It reminds me to take a breath and say a prayer — not just at the start or the end of the day — but consistently throughout my hours of caring for my family and work deadlines and overcommitted schedules and endless responsibilities and the joy and hard inherent to the sandwich years of young children and aging parents,” she said.

Marrs shared the video to remind her social media friends to pause and pray during their busy days.

“Take a breath. Name your gratitude for both the beauty and the sorrow. Hold it all with an open hand and a heart bent toward praise. 🤍,” she said.

Marrs just wrote a book called Trust God. Love People, which comes out Oct. 7.

“In Trust God, Love People, Jenny opens wide the doors to her life and her family’s home to share stories of how little steps of faith have added up to an unexpected and abundant life. We ride shotgun next to her as she moves to Bentonville, Arkansas, where she knows almost no one, and watch her slowly put down roots,” part of the description reads.

Marrs shared on July 1 that her book is already touching people, like she meant it to. She had given an early copy to a friend — a young mom — who told Marrs that she wrote exactly what she needed to hear.

Marrs quoted from her book: “My still-newly-home toddler needed me, and sometimes following God’s lead is not always an adventure — sometimes it’s a sacrificial way of living that allows Him to work amidst very ordinary circumstances.”

“This is what I prayed for all along. That God would use these stories to breathe life into smoldering embers of faith,” she said. “Sharing them with the world feels vulnerable and scary but, as October approaches, God keeps reminding me that I did my part and He’ll do His. 🤍”

Marrs is also working away on Season 7 of FIXER TO FABULOUS, which will air near the end of the year or the beginning of 2026.
