Grammy award-winning artist Tori Kelly just celebrated her 33rd birthday as a first-time mom.
“1st birthday as a mom. Currently writing this with spit up all over me & I wouldn’t have it any other way,” she wrote in a post on social media. “Life is so beautiful… I can’t even express how grateful I am. I just want to love people well for however many birthdays I have left on this side of heaven. Thank you, Jesus.”
Kelly shared the news of her pregnancy in a music video shared on YouTube for her song, “Make a Baby.”
The lyrics to the song read:

Kelly and her husband, André Murillo, spoke with PEOPLE in July about the news of their first child.
“This year has already been full of highs — getting to perform in stadiums all summer, writing the most personal songs of my career and now getting to start a family with my amazing husband,” she said.
“We are just so grateful for what’s to come and can’t wait to meet this little gift from God,” she added.
Zayden Michael Murillo was born on November 11 and loved “so much” already.
Many people commented on the post to express their excitement for Tori and Andre.
“11.11 is just perfect and so is he and you and all of it,” Jesse J wrote.
“CONGRATS, KELLY FAMILY! WISHING YOU THE VERY BEST FOR THIS LOVELY LITTLE LIFE COMING INTO THE WORLD! This family is going to shower that baby with love, I just know it!” Ian Eastwood also commented.
“Welcome to the world, Zayden Michael! Huge blessings to you and your family, Tori,” another person wrote.
As Tori gets comfortable in motherhood, she is also preparing to go on tour with Forrest Frank, Cory Asbury, and The Figs beginning in May. The tour will conclude on August 1.
Kelly celebrated her 33rd birthday as a mother this year, and she couldn’t be more grateful for all that comes with motherhood. Baby Zayden is a miracle that Kelly and her husband have prayed for since before they were even married.
