Oscar-winner Jennifer Lawrence recently opened up about life as a mother and in-demand actress.

“I identify as a stay-at-home mom,” she said while appearing on the “Smartless” podcast.

Lawrence and husband Cooke Maroney are parents to two boys — Cy, 4, and a baby boy born in 2025. The couple have not yet revealed his name.

The HUNGER GAMES actress is getting back into the swing of being a working actress and mother, saying she’s “not used to being busy like this.”

“I normally have a busy three months while I’m filming, but even in that sense, it’s calm because there is nothing else to do,” she said. “I just go to work, come home, sleep, and then I do it again. And then, for two weeks, you promote. It is hectic.”

So, what keeps her on track? Her husband.

“I married somebody who is the opposite of me. Everything is ordered,” Lawrence explained. “Our kids, they’re on a very strict schedule. It’s like breakfast, 7:30. And he’s good at keeping the time.”

She joked, “We’ve learned, to keep our marriage alive, I have a 15-minute wiggle room.”

While Lawrence is devoted to protecting the privacy of her children, the actress has frequently spoken about motherhood and how it has changed her life.

“Having children changes everything. It changes your whole life. It’s brutal and incredible,” she said during a press conference at the Cannes Film Festival last year. “Not only do they go into every decision of if I’m working, where I’m working, when I’m working — they’ve taught me…and they’ve opened up the world to me.”

Lawrence has also been open about the struggles that come from juggling her career as a successful actress and being a mother.

“Having kids is sacrificial. It’s gratifying and it’s amazing and rewarding, but it’s not not sacrificial,” the actress told the New York Times’ “The Interview” podcast.

Lawrence admitted that she does “wrestle” with her desire to work, as well as be home with her sons.

“It feels vain and selfish that I love being a creative person as much as I do. My kids and my family are more important, obviously, but they feel like an equal part of me,” she said.

Lawrence might be busier than ever as both an actress and a mother, but the Oscar-winner is dedicated to her family, putting her children over her career.
