FAIRLY ODDPARENTS creator Butch Hartman finally revealed who Timmy Turner married.

In Season 4 of the show, Timmy sees his future children, but his wife is never revealed. Fans have wondered now for two decades who Timmy’s lovely lady is.

Timmy had three love interests — his crush, Trixie; neighbor Chloe; and Tootie, the sister of his babysitter. Tootie has always had a huge crush on Timmy.

“Now, Chloe’s sweet, she’s smart, she’s funny, she’s a go-getter, she’s very energetic and her and Timmy pretty much get along, but they’re always at odds about who gets to have Cosmo and Wanda first, right? So, that’s one possibility,” Hartman said.

In the episode “Just the Two of Us,” Timmy wishes that he and Trixie were the only two people in the world.

“Then he quickly starts realizing that Trixie’s a handful, and it’s really hard to deal with her on a one-to-one basis, and that she’s always, always, always, always wanting him to tell her that she’s pretty,” Hartman said.

Timmy had to avoid Tootie at all costs because of her obnoxious obsession with him.

Hartman’s opinion is based on “existing knowledge of the ladies involved, based on who he would mesh with the best, and based on who I really think he should marry.”

In his opinion, he and Trixie did not get along well enough. He and Chloe have spent too much time together as they share fairies, so that leaves Tootie.

I think Chloe’s out. I think Timmy marries Tootie.” Hartman explained, “I think Tootie loves him so much she’d do anything for him. Not that she’d be a slave, but she would do whatever it took to make him happy.”

She would “make his little heart of stone turn into a heart of joy and love, because he would love nothing more than to please her, too.” Once he realized how “beautiful and sweet and caring and loving” Tootie is, “Timmy would have no choice but to love her back. And I think that’s what happens,” Hartman said.

This scenario was alluded to in the live-action A FAIRLY ODD MOVIE: GROW UP, TIMMY TURNER! where Timmy falls for Tootie.

Hartman’s latest cartoon, THE GARDEN, streams on Angel.

“Butch [Hartman, the show’s creator] and his team have an extraordinary ability to blend imaginative storytelling with messages that resonate deeply with families,” David Fischer, Vice President of Acquisitions and Business Affairs for Angel, said. “At Angel, we’re committed to championing content that reflects the values our Guild members care about. THE GARDEN CARTOON is a natural fit for our platform and for families looking for meaningful entertainment they can trust.”

Hartman added, “Angel has created an incredible movement around audience-powered, values-driven storytelling. At Butch Hartman Studios, our heart is to produce animation that kids love and parents feel confident about. Partnering with a platform that shares that vision allows us to reach families in an even more meaningful way.”

Hartman, a follower of Christ, believes his show’s message will inspire viewers to look for hope and meaning.

He said, “My Christian faith has convinced me that in a world of almost unbearable uncertainty, the importance of fun and empowering kids’ entertainment has never been more profound.”

Hopefully Hartman continues to channel his efforts into faith-based projects.
