DUCK DYNASTY star Sadie Robertson Huff loves sharing her faith, whether it’s speaking onstage, in conversations on her podcast, or on social media. Here are five Bible verses Huff lives by. May these scriptures give you guidance and comfort today.
Isaiah 26:8
“Yes, Lord, walking in the way of your laws, we wait for you; your name and renown are the desire of our hearts.” (Isaiah 26:8)
Huff shared this verse to celebrate this year’s Passion conference, where she spoke to a crowd of 45,000 college students about her faith, following God’s will, and reminding yourself that He is in control.

1 Thessalonians 4:11-12
“Make it your ambition to lead a quiet life: You should mind your own business and work with your hands, just as we told you, so that your daily life may win the respect of outsiders and so that you will not be dependent on anybody.”
The reality star shared this verse in honor of her grandfather, the late Phil Robertson. Huff and the rest of the Robertson family have spoken often about Phil’s legacy and the lessons he taught them.
Exodus 3:14-15
“God said to Moses, ‘I AM WHO I AM.’ God also said to Moses, ‘Say to the Israelites, ‘The Lord, the God of your fathers—the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob—has sent me to you.’”
Huff posted this verse in honor of the YouVersion app hitting one billion downloads, writing, “I love how God not only redirected the focus to Himself, but He reminds us of His faithfulness through GENERATIONS! How cool is that!?”
Mark 12:30–31
“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: Love your neighbor as yourself. There is no commandment greater than these.”
In times of trouble and strife in the world, Huff directs her Instagram followers to this verse, telling them to turn to God when “the world feels heavy and the chaos is overwhelming.”
Psalm 56:3
“When I am afraid, I put my trust in you!”
Huff posted this verse in a post sharing prayers she recites while flying, telling her followers that “the most helpful thing to calm my anxiety is not only to pray, but to focus on what I’m praying for!”
