Don’t Miss Alexa and Carlos PenaVega’s Sneak Peek of Upcoming Movie

Alexa and Carlos PenaVega shared a clip of them singing from their upcoming Great American Family Christams movie, GET HIM BACK FOR CHRISTMAS.
“We have tons of original music and let me tell you… you will LOVE this movie 🙂 A fresh take on a Christmas love story with a fun ensemble cast!!!” the couple wrote on an Instagram post. “We were blessed with being able to shoot one whole day at #attstadium and even had the @dccheerleaders in the movie! Not to mention shining a light on all the good that @salvationarmyus does in the world. It’s the full package!!! Mark your calendars!”
The upcoming movie focuses on the importance of service and how people can only find true fulfilment through what the Lord calls them to, even when they’ve made it by the standards of this world.
“GET HIM BACK FOR CHRISTMAS (previously known as LOVE AT THE KETTLE), starring Alexa PenaVega and Carlos PenaVega. Special appearance by the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, Mario Lopez, Victoria Jackson, and Natasha Bure. Bella made it big in music. Jack stayed behind in his hometown working at The Salvation Army to help his family after his dad passed,” a synopsis of the movie reads. “Bella returns home after a heartbreaking split with her chart-topping singing partner and asks Jack to write the perfect song to get her boyfriend back. Carlos PenaVega wrote and performs an original song, ‘Get Him Back for Christmas’ performed for the film at AT&T Stadium.”
The PenaVegas are extremely excited for this movie because it represents the things they value most. Alexa and Carlos both grew up in the entertainment industry and know that money, power and fame cannot fill the void in our hearts that long for the Lord.
“We are so excited about LOVE AT THE KETTLE because it represents everything Carlos and I love about Christmas and the holiday season We want to be a light in this industry and to offer families positive, uplifting and faith-filled stories,” Alexa previously said.
GET HIM BACK FOR CHRISTMAS will debut on Great American Family on Saturday, Dec. 21 at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT.
