Instagram star Emily Vondy just gave birth to Baby No. 6, and she shared an inside look at her labor experience with her followers.
“Adeline Joy what an honor it was bringing you into the world surrounded by perfect love, surrounded by holy,” she captioned the video of her daughter’s birth.
In the video, Vondy detailed her labor, from a 5 p.m. “early labor walk” to a few hours later, when her children “all came in to pray for me and baby sister before bed”
At 10 p.m., Vondy and her husband had “called the midwives,” and the social media influencer shared, “I was surrounded by so much love and support. My family truly partnered with God to carry me through this one. Grounding me. Praying over me. Comforting and encouraging me.”
By 1:50 a.m., baby Adeline was born!
Vondy has kept fans updated throughout this latest pregnancy, from jokes about the ups and downs of being pregnant to emotional posts that explore birth and motherhood.
“I wrote this a couple weeks before giving birth to Vivian in response to how I cope with the intensity of unmediated birth,” she captioned one video, accompanied by voiceovers of Vondy talking through her labor pain process.

She continued, “Now as I prepare to give birth one last time, listening to these words paired with scenes from my previous births, it brings me right back to that place — where I’m brought to the end of myself, weakness becomes strength, heaven opens and I welcome my baby into the world. What an honor it has been.”
In another, she thanked her followers for their support during the pregnancy, writing, “thank you all so much for your prayers and encouragement! She will be here in my arms before we know it.”
Vondy is also open about her Christian faith, particularly how it influences her as a mother.
In an Instagram story she posted during her fifth pregnancy, she explained, “God was really just teaching me something new every day I went past my due date. Really just keeping me in this…just holding me during that time.”
“It really kind of made my faith a lot stronger,” Vondy said, adding, “I just felt so close and connected to my Heavenly Father in the days going past my due date.”
Vondy’s followers are overjoyed to hear she welcomed her new baby girl safely and can’t wait for more hilarious videos about being a mom.
