Country star Jelly Roll went to some extra effort to make sure one fan got to meet him.
“Can I love on you? Can I love on you?” were Jelly Roll’s first words to the fan, who is disabled.
He told the fan that he’s “making his soul smile” as he signed his autograph.
The fan’s mom told him through tears that they’ve gone to see him nine times, and he’s the reason that her son “sings now.”
“God bless him,” Jelly said.
The mom also explained that her other son is three months clean from addiction.
“Congratulations…That’s a hard fight getting off fentanyl,” Jelly said.

Then Jelly smiled at the fan as he watched a video of him singing to one of his songs.
When the mom told him that she has tickets to an upcoming concert, he told her they will get her info and “roll out the red carpet” for them and let them meet everyone backstage.
“We’ll party Friday, all right?” Jelly Roll said to the fan. “Ya’ll wanna take a picture before I roll back?”
“He’s so happy it makes me happy. You know what I’m saying? Just the joy; it’s awesome,” he said.
The singer has done many similar acts of kindness.
Last year, a friend of Jelly Roll, Mike Majlak, encountered a Vegas street performer who was singing Jelly’s song, “Save Me.”
To encourage him, Majlak FaceTimed Jelly Roll, who sang “Save Me” with the man.
“After we stopped filming, the man and I shared a hug and we could hear him yelling ‘woooooo!’ as we walked away,” Majlak recalled. “i got pretty emotional after and i was so happy that jelly made that man’s day and maybe even kept him going a little longer.”
After they sang, the man told Jelly, “Your music inspires me…I’ve lost so many friends to suicide. It’s an honor to meet you. It really is.”
In 2024, Jelly saw some fans in the crowd at one of his concerts who just got married earlier that day.
Jelly asked them, “Where are you going on your honeymoon?” When the couple said they didn’t know yet, Jelly said he’ll give them $10,000 to go wherever they wanted.
“All I want is, I want videos, baby,” Jelly told the thrilled couple.
He’s also gone out of his way to buy some little kids’ lemonade at their lemonade stand and many other acts of kindness. Jelly Roll truly uses his platform to make a difference.
