Luke Combs, Wife Welcome Second Son: ‘Couldn’t Love You More’

Country star Luke Combs and his wife Nicole recently welcomed their second baby boy, Beau Lee Combs, on Tuesday, August 15, 2023.
In an Instagram video, Nicole Combs shared the caption, “8.15.2023 – Beau Lee Combs. Welcome to the world. We couldn’t love you more.”
The video shows a pacifier, baby hat and Polaroid as Nicole writes his name on the developing picture.
Nicole previously shared with Country Now, “I’m not due until after he gets back [from Australia], so I’m trying really hard not to go into early labor. With [our first child] Tex, I was doing everything in my power to get him out & he was a day early.”
However, things did not go as planned and the baby was born a little early. He was originally due in September but made his appearance while Combs was in Australia on tour.
According to PEOPLE, the couple revealed the baby bump on the red carpet in May.
“We’re getting ready,” Combs told PEOPLE about how they were preparing for the baby. “We’re just in it. We’re in the trenches, taping grenades. [We’re] excited for the second one. They’re gonna be close [in age], but I feel like we’ll be in practice.”
Luke and Nicole’s first son, Tex, was born on June 19, 2022.
Luke and Nicole have been together since 2016.
“Nicole was by Luke’s side long before he became a country music sensation,” Country Now shared. “The couple met during the 2016 Key West Songwriters Festival in Florida. At the time, Nicole was working at BMI, who served as the host of the event, and Combs was a performer.”
