Curb Records and MJM Entertainment just introduced two REAGAN film-related albums.

The REAGAN Original Motion Picture Soundtrack came out on Aug. 29, and REAGAN: Songs Inspired by the Film comes out on Sept. 26, a recent press release stated.

“We are thrilled to finally be able to release the soundtrack from the motion picture Reagan. I know Ronald Reagan enjoyed music and particularly was always interested in the relationship between film and music,” said Mike Curb, Chairman of Curb Records. “It is exciting to see a soundtrack album with such great artists as Bob Dylan, B.J. Thomas, Gene Simmons and many others. Mark Joseph has made an excellent film and soundtrack album, and Curb Records is proud to be a part of this great project.”

“We were pleased to have an eclectic and amazing group of artists come alongside the project,” added Joseph. “It was great to partner with Mike Curb and the Curb Records team to bring these collections out.”

The Motion Picture Soundtrack features music heard in the 2024 movie with new recordings from Bob Dylan, Gene Simmons and Clint Black.

Other artists include Molly Jenson, Love, Lies & Fiction, BJ Thomas, Robert Davi, MŌRIAH,  Scott Stapp, Phil Keaggy and The Imaginaries.

REAGAN: Songs Inspired by the Film includes music from artists who drew inspiration from the movie. The artists are Travis Tritt, Marty Stuart, Tanya Tucker, Ricky Skaggs, Lee Greenwood, The Commodores, Kathie Lee Gifford and Claude Kelly, Gary Cherone, Alabama, Wayne Newton and Sweet Comfort Band.

The 2024-released movie, starring Dennis Quaid, is available on Blu-ray/DVD and VOD platforms such as Prime Video and more.

Part of Movieguide®’s +1 review of REAGAN reads, “Dennis Quaid gives a bravura performance in REAGAN as the beloved President, union leader and movie star… He’s supported by a great cast, including Jon Voight as a KGB analyst who closely follows Reagan’s beliefs and behavior. The movie’s focus on Reagan’s fight against communism gives a strong narrative structure to REAGAN’s stirring story of faith and patriotism.”

Quaid said last year, “I was honored to have Bob [Dylan] join our film. We gave him the freedom to do any song he wanted to do, whether an original or a cover, and he chose ‘Don’t Fence Me In.’ That was extra special since it was a song that Gene [Autry] made famous.”

“Bob is a great lover of the American Songbook and we were delighted with the way he delivered the song,” Quaid expressed. “He’s a national treasure and the perfect addition to the film. Gene [Simmons] and Clint [Black] were also generous with their time, and Tanya [Tucker] has been a friend of many years, and I’m thrilled to have her song as well.”

The new albums are sure to wow REAGAN fans.
