Sadie Robertson Huff asked her followers if they want to talk about all things mom on her podcast, and the response was “overwhelming.”
“I asked in my stories yesterday if I should record a podcast on @whoathatsgoodpodcast to answer all of the ‘first time mom’ questions…swipe to see the overwhelming response 😭🥺” she said.
Huff shared a reel of question after question from her followers, along with some photos of herself with her daughters.
“So, the answer is, YES I will get this scheduled ASAP,” she continued. “In the meantime, I wanted to say this to all the moms out there. You are doing better than you think. “
“You are doing an amazing job, and YOU are the person for the job,” she said. “Drop the guilt, drop the comparison, drop the questions, and rest in the truth that God made you for the job. Trust the Holy Spirit, and your natural God given instincts as a mother.”

She encouraged them not to overthink it or compare themselves to others.
“Be led by peace, be led by love, be led by God,” the DUCK DYNASTY star continued. “’Guilty parents raise confused kids’ was one of the best pieces of advice I ever got on my podcast when @doc_amen came on. Be confident in what you do and in who you are!”
“Your kids will respect that and learn from it! Pivot if you realize how you’ve been doing things isn’t work great for your family. Give yourself grace, and receive new mercies from the Lord EVERY SINGLE MORNING,” she said.
She cheered her followers on with digital hugs and “high fives.”
“You are doing GREAT, because you care so much! You love that child more than anyone in the world, except God, He loves them more than you even could imagine. So trust His lead.”
Huff has a busy life as a mom of three, a speaker, author, and TV show star, but she repeatedly affirms her “happy place” is with her kids and husband.
Huff fully believes she’s meant to be her girls’ mom.
“God called me to do what I’m doing and God also called me to be their mom,” she said on her podcast in 2024. “And both can be something he’s equipped me for. And I know I’m the best person for the job to be their mom and I’m the best mom to them because I’m their mom. I do the best that I can.”
Keep an eye out for her new podcast on her experience as a first-time mom, coming soon.
