Season 12 of WHEN CALLS THE HEART Officially Wraps!

The cast of WHEN CALLS THE HEART is celebrating the end of filming the latest season of the show.
“That’s a wrap to Season 12 of WHEN CALLS THE HEART!” stars Jack Wagner, Pascale Hutton, Kevin McGarry and Chris McNally sang in a video posted to Wagner’s page.
Wagner captioned his post, “S12 is a Wrap!! Thank you all for making it happen.”
The actor previously spoke to TV Insider about what he hopes his character, Bill Avery, will experience in the upcoming season, sharing that he wants to see him “have some romance again.”
“I think there has to be some sort of threat to Hope Valley again,” Wagner added. “I think that always pays off because it brings the community together.”
Star and producer Erin Krakow spilled some secrets about what fans can expect from the new episodes, telling Swooon, “I can just tell you it has been such a roller coaster of a season, and I mean that in the best possible way.”
“I can’t speak for every actor or every character on our show, but I can say that for my character, there has been so much variety: high highs, low lows, some real frisky fun, some comedy, and some serious drama,” Krakow continued. “That’s just scratching the surface. It’s going to be a huge season.”
McNally, speaking to the same publication, teased a new romance for his character, Lucas.
“Well, there is one of the new characters that’s coming to town who represents a fairly strong opposition to Lucas, and I think within that is a spark of chemistry, and we will see where that goes,” he said. “I’m not sure yet, but I also don’t want to spoil anything, but I think fans will be excited to meet this new individual and get to know them and follow that journey.”
One of the exciting new cast members coming to Hope Valley in the upcoming season has already been revealed.
