Feeling ready for the holiday season already? Here are all the stars set to appear at this year’s Christmas Con!
“Danica McKellar will be returning to the annual convention,” PEOPLE reported, adding that McKellar’s CHRISTMAS IN DOLLYWOOD co-star Niall Matter will also be in attendance.

Reflecting on the experience making the movie, McKellar told Media Village, “I’m still not totally in touch with the fact that I did a movie with Dolly Parton!”
“It was my first time working with Niall and he’s such a professional and so good,” the WONDER YEARS actress continued. “While we were working with Dolly, I said I’d get a picture of them together. Niall said he didn’t want one (as he was being professional), so I arranged a picture of the three of us. I sent it to him after cutting me out and told him ‘You needed this picture.’ I knew he really wanted one and he thanked me. I mean, you might say you don’t want a picture with Dolly Parton, but everyone wants a picture with Dolly Parton.”
McKellar also spoke about her passion for making Christmas movies — “I feel lucky to have been invited into people’s living rooms since I was a child, and now I get to do it with these Hallmark Christmas movies and love stories. I love entertaining and inspiring people to be their best selves, so I am grateful… [the movies] make people happy and feel good and there’s nothing better than that!”
Jen Lilley and Ryan Paevey will also return to Christmas Con; the two previously worked together on HARVEST LOVE and A LITTLE DAYTIME DRAMA.
In a 2021 interview, Lilley said “it’s always a treat to work with Ryan Paevey,” adding that it was “ironic” the pair starred in a movie based on soap operas, as they both appeared on GENERAL HOSPITAL.
“Ryan joined GENERAL HOSPITAL about three weeks after I left the show,” Lilley recalled.
Other stars who are set to attend the event include Crystal Lowe and GOOD WITCH series cast Katherine Barrell, Catherine Bell, James Denton and Bailee Madison.
“I really miss doing the show. I miss it,” Bell said during 2024’s Christmas Con. “I miss the character. I miss the magic. I think we all were a bit surprised when it ended because we didn’t get the ending we would’ve wanted.”
She added, “We have not given up trying to get a movie made.”
This year’s Christmas Con, put on by Thats4Entertainment, will take place at the New Jersey Expo Center in Edison, New Jersey, from Dec. 11-13.
