What You Need To Know:

CLIFFORD’S FLUFFIEST FRIEND CLEO, a collection of episodes from the TV series CLIFFORD THE BIG RED DOG, is aimed at children three and up, but even teenagers and adults will enjoy these videos, which are chock full of moral teachings. The animation is basic, but the stories are winsome and entertaining. Each CLIFFORD video includes four stories. Each story addresses relationship issues. In one, Cleo, the poodle with an attitude, wins a blue ribbon, but soon discovers that bragging can destroy relationships. In another, Cleo gets a new toy and becomes jealous of it. Through humor, and Clifford’s good will, Cleo learns to share.

CLIFFORD THE BIG RED DOG is bigger than a house. He comes close to being an angelic figure full of joy and happiness. He lives his life by good principles and helps his friends understand those principles. Smart and sassy, Cleo is the one who usually gets into trouble, but she learns quickly. Artisan Entertainment and Scholastic magazine are to be commended for bringing this series out on video. Children will love it and so will adults.

Although CLIFFORD is aimed at children three and up, teenagers and adults will enjoy these videos, which are chock full of moral teachings. The animation is basic, but the stories are winsome and entertaining.
