THE HARBINGERS OF THINGS TO COME, based on the book by Jonathan Cahn, sold out in theaters and was successful on streaming services.
The demand for the movie is still high, as it recently found a home on the streaming service SalemNOW.
THE HARBINGERS OF THINGS TO COME discusses different symbols and themes and how they connect to real-life events like 9/11 and the COVID-19 pandemic.
In a statement about the movie, Cahn said:
“We are witnessing America rapidly accelerating away from God. The messages of The Harbinger are prophetic revelations and warnings for God’s people to know what’s happening, where we are going, and where we are.
“In the Bible, God gives images, symbols, visions, glimpses of things yet to come, prophetic foreshadows. The difference here is that in this case, they were actually captured on film. In ancient times, it was the watchmen who saw the first glimpses of coming events, coming danger, approaching judgment. Those glimpses were often first seen from the walls of the city gate. The gate of America is New York City — and most specifically the Statute of Liberty. And that’s where the prophetic images appeared.”
“These are prophetic images that revealed what was going to happen to America before it happened — events that were linked to the biblical template of national judgment and that are still affecting us to this day.”

THE HARBINGERS OF THINGS TO COME is a documentary by Christian Rabbi Jonathan Cahn calling for the people of the United States to repent and return to God. In the movie, Cahn warns that 9/11, the COVID-19 plague and the political division in 2020, and the fall of Afghanistan in 2021 are divine harbingers of America’s destruction if the people don’t repent and return to God. He points out that New York State legalized abortion in 1970 and exactly 50 years later started to be hit by the COVID-19 epidemic.
THE HARBINGERS OF THINGS TO COME sees parallels between Ancient Babylon’s destruction of Jerusalem and the destruction of the World Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001. Rabbi Cahn points out it took 19 years for Babylon to destroy Ancient Israel, and the COVID-19 pandemic struck 19 years after 9/11. Rabbi Cahn makes an excellent case for his timely warning to the people of the United States.
