LOVE IT OR LIST IT just aired the finale of its 20th season, but HGTV hasn’t revealed whether the show will continue.

Fans anxiously await the news after the network introduced a new co-host for David Visentin — Page Turner — this season. Tuner replaced Hillary Farr, who had been on the show for 19 seasons.

Farr was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2014. Since then, her focus shifted, and she left LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT, ready for other projects.

Turner’s debut is a hit with many fans. One reddit commenter said Turner is “doing a magnificent job each episode I’ve seen” and “I didn’t think anyone could replace Hilary, but Page and David are great together and I like the renovations and the houses shown.”

There are a few staunch Farr fans who haven’t gotten used to her absence.

“Cannot watch the new show without you. Tried but had to turn it off. You were simply the BEST of everyone on HGTV,” one of her fans commented on Farr’s social media post.

“Loved you on this show!! 👏👏👏Sorry to say I had to turn off the new season of the show last night as it just wasn’t the same without you 😢,” another said.

Ahead of her departure Farr said, “I’ve given it so many years of my life. It’s got me through hard times. It’s got the audiences through hard times.”

“It has evolved into a mainstay of people’s lives and it’s been incredibly gratifying. But now it’s time for me to move on and meet new challenges,” she said.

Ahead of the 20th season’s finale, Turner said on social media, “Thank you Fam for watching with us the last 7 episodes!! Being your new co-host on #LoveItorListIt has been AAAHmazing! I am so blessed & so very honored to continue the amazing legacy is such an iconic show!! Thanks God!!”

She also acknowledged Loren Ruch, an HGTV House Party co-host who died of leukemia on June 12.

“Rest in love @lorenruch – Thank you for all the blessings & believing in me!! Xoxo” she wrote.

In season 20, Turner and Visentin playfully butt heads from the start of the first episode. The show sets them up to be competitive by nature, as Turner tries to get their client to keep their home after she renovates it, and Visentin tries to get them to sell it by showing them new homes they might love.

In the season’s first episode, Visentin tells Turner that she shouldn’t expect him to “make it easy for her” since she’s a newbie on the show.

“Um David, I can say that I have hundreds of flips and renovations under my belt, and I’m not afraid to tell you that I know a thing or two about real estate,” Turner quipped.

Visentin responded, “Oh is that right? Well you’re going to need all that experience because you’re going up against me.”

Hopefully HGTV will let us know whether the show is renewed for Season 21.
