Sadie Robertson Huff wants you to know “You are absolutely beautiful.”

At a speaking event, the podcaster talked about the voices that we listen to, especially about our identity.

“You are wonderful and beautiful. You were made intricately by design, original, so good,” Huff told the audience.

“If there’s any words that are competing with those words, it was just something that deceived you, and it’s had a devastating effect, but it will no longer have that effect over you because that is not what we attach to our identity,” she went on to say.

“We have a story way too great to let careless words be the words of our life story,” Huff concluded in the video clip.

Words of affirmation runs in the family as the mother of three shared the doting words that daughter Honey, 3, gives to her newborn sister Kit.

“It’s been so sweet to hear Honey speak words over Kit that I speak over her,” the DUCK DYNASTY star captioned in her post. “She’s even added a few of her own…She came up to her the other day and said, ‘You are wonderful baby Kit. You’re my prettiest girl. You’re a rockstar.’ You are never too young or too old to start speaking life over yourself!”

Huff recently shared a health scare that left her in the hospital for two days after suffering flu-like symptoms and mastitis (“iykyk,” she wrote).

“I still don’t know what that was, but that’s okay. I’m just thankful to be better and to be healing at home. I missed my girls…  THANK YOU it means the world that y’all pray for our family and we need it!” she wrote.

The Louisiana native shared that her stay in the hospital gave her time to reflect on God’s provision.

“As I sat in the hospital without my girls, my biggest priority was to make sure Kit was fed. Every time she needed something, she had it,” the 28-year-old recalled. “And in that, God reminded me of His faithfulness.”

“Just like David in the Bible…from the time he was an infant, every hunger was met + every need provided for. God was establishing trust in him. The same is true for us today,” she continued.

These words serve as good reminders in times of “so much good and so much evil,” of “rock bottoms and revivals,”as Huff put it.
