for KING + COUNTRY shared an impressive version of “World On Fire” using American Sign Language.

The single just came out on Oct. 3. The artist duo, Joel and Luke Smallbone, say the song kicks off a whole “new season of passion and purpose.” The song is a cry to live out faith passionately. Some of the lyrics are:

I am finally alive

I′m gonna set my world on fire (yeah, yeah)

I will never dim my light

I’m gonna set my world on fire (yeah, yeah)

Oh, this ain′t no magic (magic)

“These 🤟🏽 got power! @HaydenDaum and @ASLtheatre… we weren’t ready 🥲,” for King + Country announced the video on Instagram. “Presenting to you the Official Reimagined #ASL version of WORLD ON FIRE! 🌎🔛🔥”

Fans had a lot of positive things to say about the ASL music video, which collabs with Hayden Daum, a deaf Christian influencer.

“I think it is so special having a ASL version, letting everyone have an anthem to celebrate their God-given light!❤🙏” wrote one fan.

“This is AWESOME!! So happy for Hayden to get this exposure, and it is so wonderful to see an official music video with a top band like fK&C collaborating on 😊an ASL version!! 🔥 🔥 🔥” another fan wrote.

Another said, “As a deaf person myself, I love that our sign language is crossing sound barriers!! thanks @forkingandcountry for always making the deaf community feel seen🤟🏻”

Daum uses his platform to share the gospel and spread awareness about the deaf community. He recently revealed that only 2% of the deaf community knows Christ.

“The deaf community are one of the largest unreached groups in the world,” he said. “Why? Because so often the gospel is preached with words that we cannot hear, because many churches aren’t accessible.”

“No interpreters, no captions, no effort to include us because people assume silence means distance from God. When in reality, our silence has made us depend on Him even more,” he explained. “The loneliness of sitting in church and missing the message… I know it feels like worship is happening around us and we miss the words and we can’t follow it.”

He pointed out that people forget that God speaks louder than words do. And even though he’s deaf, he’s as loud as he can be for Christ, which made him the perfect fit to represent “World on Fire.”

“I don’t need ears to hear his love. I need faith to receive it,” he said. “Romans chapter 10 verse 17 says, ‘So then, faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”

He and for KING + COUNTRY are certainly on fire for God!
