Influencer Brittany Lynn Lutz thanks God for “slow mornings” at home with her family.

“At any moment, the house will be filled with little feet running across the floor…but not yet,” she posted on Instagram. “It’s quiet. It’s calm. And all I can think about is a time where I could see this moment in my mind but didn’t know if I could actually experience it in reality.”

Lutz continued, “Oh, how beautiful life is when we stop writing our own story and hand the pen to the One who knows not just what we think we want but what our soul truly needs.”

“The fact I get to experience slow mornings with my babies is proof of God’s wondrous love because I imagine heaven feels something like this,” she wrote in her post’s caption. “And if this is a glimpse of heaven you better believe that all the days of my life I’ll be following the One who will be waiting at the door for me. Thank you Jesus.”

Lutz often shares her gratitude for her life and family online. In one recent post, she wrote, “Between the smell of a home cooked meal and the sounds of joy coming from the 3 people I love most in the world, I’m convinced that this is heaven on earth.”

“Then I think back to my younger self who didn’t know if she’d ever get here and whisper, ‘It happened!’” she continued. “‘God gave us our deepest desires and the life we always dreamt of!’”

In another post that included a video of Lutz spending the day with her daughter, she wrote, “To think there was a day I didn’t know if I’d get to experience this. If I had let lies about my worth write my story. If I had let doctors reports write my story. If I had let fear of losing another baby write my story. I wouldn’t be here living this life now.”

“Jesus is the only One I want writing my story because He paid it all and because of what He did and who He is I get to take the coolest little girl on dates and have the best conversations and biggest laughs and experience the miracle that is motherhood,” she concluded.

Lutz’s recent post is a sweet reminder to slow down and enjoy the small things in life, as they are so often what our past selves dreamed of having one day.
