Former AGT Winner Kodi Lee Wows Audience Again at AMERICA’S GOT TALENT: ALL STARS

AMERICA’S GOT TALENT Season 14 winner and singer/musician Kodi Lee returned to the stage on AMERICA’S GOT TALENT: ALL STARS with a powerful performance of the song, “Biblical,” impressing both the audience and judges.

After his “soulful rendition” of the song by Calum Scott, Lee earned a standing ovation from all three judges as the crowd chanted his name.

Judge Howie Mendel said, “There’s no other word to describe what you do [other] than amazing.”

Judge Heidi Klum told Lee that her “heart doubles in size when I hear you sing.”

AGT host, Simon Cowell, known for being hard to impress, voiced an overwhelmingly positive response to Lee’s February 6 return to the show for his ALL STARS auditions. While there was no Golden Buzzer available, Cowell shared that Lee is “in a different league [than] everyone else. I wish I could’ve given him a Golden Buzzer.”

Lee, who is autistic and legally blind, won AGT season 14 in 2019, and his remarkable performance in AGT: ALL STARS landed him in the show’s finals.

AMERICA’S GOT TALENT judge Simon Cowell recently revealed details about the upcoming series, AMERICA’S GOT TALENT: ALL-STARS.

According to Cowell, ALL-STARS is going to be different from the show’s other spinoff series, AMERICA’S GOT TALENT: CHAMPIONS.

“Certainly, I think we’ve got more bigger winners, if that makes sense,” Cowell told Parade. “Getting Terry Fator and Kodi Lee, it was really dependent on those kinds of people returning for us to even make the show. I thought, if we don’t get those, there’s no point. And when I found out that they’d agreed it was like, ‘All right! We’re on. Make it as quickly as possible.’”

The show will feature past winners, finalists and fan favorites from the US and other country’s GOT TALENT competitions.

AMERICA’S GOT TALENT is known to showcase contestants who are either openly Christian or who choose to perform renditions of faith-filled songs.
