This Mega Pop Star Knows ‘Jesus Is With Me’

Pop star Justin Bieber recently reflected on God’s goodness and presence ahead of the New Year.

“How can I really believe Jesus is with me?” Bieber asked on Instagram.

He answered his own question: “Well, for me, Justin, it’s simply his goodness that keeps convincing me. Every time I thought he wouldn’t show up for me, he always has.”

Bieber, who won a Teddy Bear Award® for his performance in JUSTIN BIEBER: NEVER SAY NEVER, shared there are several things he’s “convinced” of when it comes to his relationship with God.

“He’s the perfect, patient presence that guides, directs and leads me all of the days of my life,” Bieber said. “Providing, healing, restoring all that the enemy tried to destroy and steal.”

“I do believe,” he concluded.

In the last several years, Bieber has become more and more open about his faith.

In 2021 at 1DayLA, he shared, “Some of you might not be used to this type of atmosphere, but what you’re feeling right now is the presence of God,” Bieber told the audience. “[God] doesn’t need perfect people. He just wants to use average, ordinary, broken people like us.”

That same year, he released a gospel album with six tracks called Freedom.

In 2022, Bieber revealed he has Ramsay Hunt Syndrome.

“There’s full paralysis on this side of my face,” the singer said at the time. “So for those who are frustrated by my cancellations of the next shows, I’m just physically, obviously, not capable of doing them. This is pretty serious, as you can see.”

“I have hope, and I trust God, and I trust that this is…all for a reason,” he continued. “And I’m not sure what that is right now, but in the meantime, I’m gonna rest. I love you guys. Peace.”

He also asked for prayers from his fans and reassured them he was relying on God throughout his struggles.

“Jesus continues to remind me that he is with me in the midst of the storm,” he said.

Bieber and his wife, Hailey, recently welcomed son Jack Blues into their family.

“His happiness being a dad has outweighed his anxiety about Diddy,” a source close about Bieber, who was told to distance himself from his mentor, Sean “Diddy” Combs as the rapper faces several egregious charges, including sex trafficking.

On Jack’s birthday, Bieber shared a photo of his foot, saying “WELCOME HOME JACK BLUES BIEBER 🐻”
