THE MAN WITH THE SILVER CASE is an old-school, but edgy, crime thriller available on Prime Video and other video, streaming outlets. A mysterious, laconic assassin is tasked with transporting a silver briefcase to some equally mysterious bosses. He’s chased by other assassins whom he avoids or kills. Arriving at the office where he’s supposed to deliver the briefcase, he finds everyone murdered. He ends up being trapped in a secluded mountain cabin and must fight off rival killers. A Christian woman and her family nearby become involved.

THE MAN WITH THE SILVER CASE is told in black-and-white with minimal dialogue and lots of action. The story’s suspenseful, but the movie struggles with a thin storyline and plot twists that go unresolved. The movie has a strong mixed pagan worldview. The title character works mostly for himself and his lucrative job/mission, but he shows mercy toward two innocent victims, the Christian mother and her teenage daughter. In THE MAN WITH THE SILVER CASE, a mysterious assassin with a substance abuse problem receives his next assignment, taking a silver briefcase and transporting it to his bosses. After some close run-ins with rival assassins after the same case, he makes his way to the office where he’s supposed to deliver the silver case. However, he finds everyone there dead.

Escaping some more assassins, he travels to his secluded cabin in the Swiss Alps. There, he encounters a curious teenager boy who wants to know what the man is doing. More assassins seeking the briefcase appear, however. As the danger grows, the assassin panics about getting out of this small, closed-off area. He makes some difficult decisions to escape and complete his mission.

Meanwhile, the teenage boy’s Christian mother, his sister and his American father become involved, with all their lives in deadly danger.
