Robertson Family Shares Christmas Traditions in New Special

The Robertson family invites fans to join their Christmas traditions on the new holiday special, A DUCK FAMILY CHRISTMAS.
The special brings fans to the Robertson family’s home in Nashville, Tennessee. A sneak peek of the show reveals that the family goes on a metal detector-led treasure hunt, and Missy and Jessica attempt to recreate Miss Kay’s crawfish pie for Christmas dinner.
The special features many members of the Robertson family, including Jase Robertson, Mia Robertson, Missy Robertson, Murry Crowe, Sheila Crow, Merritt Robertson, Jep Robertson, Brighton Robertson, Reed Robertson and many others.
Though DUCK DYNASTY ended nearly seven years ago, fans can still keep up with the Robertsons through their recently released DUCK FAMILY TREASURE and THE BLIND.
On DUCK FAMILY TREASURE, Jase and Jep Robertson search for buried treasure and highlight the people, places and lessons they experience along the way. Their most amazing find yet was a meteorite buried seven feet underground.
Earlier this year, the family also came together to celebrate the release of THE BLIND, a cinematic telling of the patriarch Phil Robertson’s incredible conversion to faith.
Struggling with alcoholism and staying faithful to his wife, Phil turned everything around when he gave his life up to the Lord. Phil’s strong faith was a large draw for the DUCK DYNASTY fanbase and is the root of the family’s solid proclamation of Christ.
Fans of the Robertson family can also stay up to date with them through Sadie Robertson Huff’s widely popular “WHOA That’s Good” podcast, where she frequently talks about her family and has them on as special guests.

Sadie Robertson Huff sat down with her uncle Jase and cousin Mia Robertson to discuss the difficulties that come with fame and how they focused on Christ amid Mia’s health challenges.
Jase explained how fame impacted Mia, who was born with a cleft lip and pallet.
“I always felt guilty because, you know, Mia, she was born with a cleft lip and pallet and she’s had multiple surgeries and she handled the process way more than Missy and I, but it’s tough when you’re a teenager. But I always felt real guilty [because] I’m like, she didn’t ask to be famous or be in the limelight,” Jase explained.
“And she was constantly, you know, physically changing and, you know, teenagers can be mean and I just thought, you know, we were partially responsible for putting her in the limelight,” he continued.
