Snoop Dogg’s daughter Cori Broadus finally brought her baby girl home after 10 months in the NICU.
“She’s home,” Broadus captioned an Instagram post that shows mother and daughter home and in bed. “Thank you for every prayer, every message, every ounce of love. God heard them all.”

The baby girl, Codi, was born in February 2025, at just 25 weeks old.
“The princess arrived at 6 months,” she posted on Instagram at the time. “I’ve cried and cried, I’ve compared and compared, blaming myself because I wasn’t able to give her all that she needed. But no matter what God always shows me that He got me!”
Broadus continued, “Baby girl came at 25 weeks today and she’s the best!! Thank You God for getting me this far.”
Snoop Dogg shared that his new granddaughter’s birth was one of the best moments of his year, telling PEOPLE, “My last granddaughter was born earlier this year. She was born premature and she’s doing very well now. So tiny C has probably been the best thing that happened to me this year.”
In an interview six months after Codi’s birth, Broadus told Us Weekly, “That girl is so feisty. That’s a feisty girl. She’s so resilient and strong.”
“She just has so much character,” she continued. “The doctors and nurses always tell me, ‘Your baby got her mind. She’s smart. She’s alert. She knows what’s going on. She can hear. She can see. Yeah, the circumstances are not what you thought they would be, but it could be worse.’ That girl is just a sweet little firecracker.”
Broadus shared that she leaned on her Christian faith in hard moments, saying, “It goes back into my faith. You got to trust in God and trust His plan. Everybody’s plan looks a little different. She’s gonna get home. Our journey home just looks a little different than the next baby and so forth.”
She explained that she’s no stranger to adversity — Broadus was diagnosed with lupus at 6 years old and had a stroke at 24, which is what led to her strong faith.
“What really got me close with God is after I had my stroke,” she told Us Weekly. “I told him, ‘God, if you get me out of here, I’m gonna tell the world about y’all and tell the world you’re real.’ And He did exactly that. And He gets me through.”
