PLAYMOBIL: THE MOVIE
PLAYMOBIL: THE MOVIE is about two orphaned children, an adult sister and her young brother, who are magically transported from the real world into the animated Playmobil world and who must overcome some enemies and villains trying to separate them forever. PLAYMOBIL has a strong moral worldview stressing family and doing the right thing, with some lighthearted magical elements and action violence that includes some fighting, thunder, dinosaurs, scary monster noises, and kidnapping.
QUEEN & SLIM
QUEEN & SLIM follows the story of a black man and woman who go on the run after the man shoots a police officer in self-defense. Very poorly made and contradictory, QUEEN & SLIM has a thoroughly Romantic, pagan worldview with extreme political correctness and lots of strong objectionable, immoral, abhorrent content.
DARK WATERS is a legal drama about the Cincinnati corporate lawyer who almost single-handedly led the investigation and winning legal suits against the DuPont chemical company for poisoning the water in his hometown in West Virginia. One of the year’s best dramas, DARK WATERS is a thoroughly absorbing and often passionate, poignant tale about righting a great wrong and includes a strong moral worldview with strong, overt Christian content, but it could use a little more humor and jeopardy and contains too much strong foul language.
