Michael Bublé, Snoop Dogg Join THE VOICE for Season 26

THE VOICE is adding two new dynamic coaches for Season 26. Snoop Dogg and Michael Bublé will be joining Reba McEntire and Gwen Stefani in their search for a singing superstar.
Variety reported, “The announcement was made as part of the NBCUniversal upfront presentation to advertisers on Monday in New York. Snoop took the stage at Radio City Music Hall to announce he was joining the show before introducing Bublé. Bublé (briefly) tried his hand at rapping before launching into a performance of ‘You’re Nobody ’til Somebody Loves You.’”
Leaving THE VOICE judge panel this season are John Legend, Chance the Rapper and Dan + Shay. Legend spoke with ET about the upcoming transition.
“It’s exciting to incorporate some new people into THE VOICE family. Having Snoop here, he’s been here as a mentor before, but having him as a coach, I think is going to be a lot of fun and reinvigorate the show a bit,” he said. “We’ve been around for 25 seasons and part of how we continue to stay fresh is introducing new coaches to THE VOICE family, and I think Michael and Snoop will do really well. And I’m excited that Gwen and Reba will be back too because they’re both wonderful coaches.”
THE VOICE Instagram account posted a photo announcing the four judges on Monday.
“pass the excitement for your Season 26 Coaches of #TheVoice: @reba, @gwenstefani, @snoopdogg & @michaelbuble!!!” the caption read.
“That’s actually a really good variety of musical styles. Country, vintage crooning, modern pop, and rap,” one user commented.
“After all these years, Snoop has literally become a National treasure!” another person said.
Although a premiere date for the new season has not yet been announced, the show will be available to watch Mondays and Tuesdays on NBC, as well as on Peacock.

Country music star Keith Urban shares how mentoring on THE VOICE inspires and challenges him as an artist.
“It doesn’t matter which part of the journey you’re in, whether you’re at the beginning like a lot of these artists are, or whether you’re Chance the Rapper or Dan + Shay, John Legend, anybody,” Urban told PEOPLE in an exclusive interview. “I mean, and Reba [McEntire], who’s really had the longest career of everybody. So you’ve got every part of an artist’s journey represented within this one show. It’s extraordinary.”
Urban serves as the “mega mentor” on the show.
“I love being around new artists and artistry, period,” he explained. “Very inspiring to be around. And I also think for me personally, so much of the advice that I might give to somebody, I’ll drive home afterwards, and I’m thinking, ‘Do I do that myself? I’m saying that they should do this thing, but am I doing that?’ And I end up helping myself too because I’m like, ‘OK, well if you’re going to preach it, make sure you practice it as well.’ It’s a bit of accountability as well.”
