PROPERTY BROTHERS’ Drew Scott Epitomizes Parenthood in Relatable Skit
By Movieguide® Contributor
PROPERTY BROTHERS’ Drew Scott shared a skit on Instagram that captures parenthood all too well.
The video starts with a line of text that says, “When you take your eyes off your toddler for two seconds,” as Scott sets his two-year-old son in a crib. He then turns to grab a snack from the fridge, and when he turns back, his son is gone.
The skit ends with his son crawling away. Scott adds the hilarious caption, “Dad can’t even get a snack break?!”
Scott has embraced the life of a parent since his son Parker was born two years ago. He frequently posts on social media about the hilarity of his life as a dad.
“Apparently the conversation is better in the other booth,” he captioned another photo of his son climbing over a booth at a restaurant.
In another video, he tells his toddler some dad jokes.
“When does a dad joke become a dad joke? When it’s a-parent,” he tells his son. “I once wrote a song about a tortilla, but it’s more of a wrap.”
Scott shares Parker with his wife, Linda Phan, whom he has been with for over ten years.

PROPERTY BROTHERS star Drew Scott recently shared about what it’s like to be the father to his first child, son Parker. Scott shares Parker with wife Linda Phan.
“[Parenthood] unlocks a side you didn’t know you had,” Scott described. “You think you know. I have this deep love for Linda but then, all of a sudden, that’s the shallow pool. I’m not saying shallow with Linda, I love Linda, but there’s a whole other depth to Linda and my love together with Parker.
“It’s amazing just seeing his face when he looks at you, like, once he started focusing in and he locks eyes with you — oh, your heart melts,” he continued. “It’s amazing.”
He also called Parker “a little sweetheart” and said that he has the “best qualities of Linda and me.”
