The technique involves talking lies and misinformation and getting third-party disinterested media to repeat the lies until the disinformation frames the issue. The documentary features the highest-level security agent who ever defected to the West, General Ion Pacepa, the head of the Romanian version of the KGB. It shows how 4,000 Soviet agents infected the Muslim countries with the heinous book The Elders of Zion. It shows how the Soviets carefully demonized many good people and institutions such as the United States. It focuses on the close links between communism and Islam, including the fact that most of the Muslim leaders were trained in Russia. The documentary features the highest-level security agent who ever defected to the West, General Ion Mihai Pacepa, the head of the Romanian version of the KGB. At a time when the United States under the presidency of Jimmy Carter was treating Romania and the mass killer dictator Ceausescu (“Cho-chess-cue”) as an ally, General Pacepa defects and reveals the entire disinformation campaign, which was crippling the West. It shows how 4,000 Soviet agents infected the Muslim countries with the heinous book The Elders of Zion. It shows how the Soviets demonized Pope Pius XII and carefully demonized the United States.

Volume II focuses on the close links between communism and Islam, including the fact that most of the Muslim leaders were trained in Russia.
