More Detail:

In BAD BOYS II, Johnny Tapia, a Cuban drug lord, decides to take over the drug trade in Miami from Haitian and Russian gangs. Marcus Bennett and Mike Lowrey, the “bad boys” of the title, are two policeman aiming to bring down all three mobs. They are hiding a secret from one another, however. Marcus, a family man, has requested a transfer, and Mike the playboy is involved with his partner’s younger sister, Sydney, who has a secret of her own. Sydney, Syd for short, is an uncover narcotics officer with the federal government, working as a money launderer for the Russian mobster, Alexei. After some action set pieces, the Cuban drug lord kidnaps Syd, leaving it up to Marcus and Mike to save her.

Will Smith and Martin Lawrence return as Mike and Marcus, respectively, to wade through more than two hours of mind numbing (and fanny numbing) sex, drugs, violence, and vulgarity to save Marcus’ sister (taken hostage due to her undercover work) and bring him to justice. Though there are some very exciting chase scenes and crashes, and there are plenty of legitimate laughs, the offensively extreme content camouflages an all too familiar plot.

BAD BOYS II is overflowing with the usual action violence, but it adds a dimension of brutality to it with bodies used merely as props for the mayhem. The movie also contains extreme sexual content and some nudity. There are also references to Buddhism, the New Age, voodoo, and homosexuality. Furthermore, references to Jesus Christ are used for comical effect.

Discerning, media-wise families probably should not even consider this abhorrent movie.
