MINIONS finds three of the little yellow fellows seeking an evil villain to serve after they lose another master. Unlike the DESPICABLE ME movies, MINIONS stays despicable and glorifies crime, villains and violence.

SONIC THE HEDGEHOG 2 is a terrific sequel to the hit 2020 action comedy, where Sonic and his adopted human parents must overcome a returned Dr. Robotnik, who’s teamed up with an alien warrior looking for an emerald imbued with great power. SONIC THE HEDGEHOG 2 is a cute, funny movie with lots of lively, exciting jeopardy, heartfelt family moments, plenty of humor, and a fun wedding scene, but it does have some light foul language and strong cartoon violence with punching, hitting and explosions, both of which warrant caution for children.

In the animated comedy THE CROODS: A NEW AGE, the prehistoric Crood family meets a family named the Bettermans, who challenge the Croods on everything. THE CROODS: A NEW AGE is a very funny, heartwarming movie that the whole family can enjoy, with moral messages about family, commitment and love throughout the story.

LYLE, LYLE CROCODILE is a fun comedy about a singing crocodile who defends a middle school boy named Josh who sees the good in the talking reptile and builds an unlikely friendship with him. LYLE, LYLE CROCODILE is funny and enjoyable and has a strong moral worldview with many positive themes, but it could use a little more jeopardy and some scenes can be scary for little children.

NIGHT OF THE ZOOPOCALYPSE is an animated comedy that follows a female wolf who teams up with other animals in a zoo to survive the night when a mutant infection runs rampant in their zoo, turning other animals into gummified zombies. NIGHT OF THE ZOOPOCALYPSE is engaging, colorful and funny, with some moral, redemptive virtues promoting working together, courage and sacrifice, but it features some intense and scary cartoon violence and some Romantic, humanist elements that warrant caution for younger and older children.

In THE LITTLE RASCALS, Spanky and the gang are bent on winning the big go-cart race with Alfalfa at the wheel. This movie lacks the magic of the original Little Rascals which it tries so hard to copy that it is drained of almost all humor. Furthermore, there is a minor amount of foul language, some crude slapstick moments and some sexual innuendo which warrant discernment for young children.
