By Movieguide® Contributor

While on the red carpet at the 30th Annual Movieguide® Awards, this year’s host Terry Crews shared his excitement and enthusiasm for the event.

“I love what this whole award show stands for,” he said. “It’s about family. It’s about fun. It’s about movies and entertainment.”

Family plays a major role in Crews’ life, and while his wife Rebecca couldn’t attend the Movieguide® Awards, he reflected on their past experiences together at the show.

“She loves the Movieguide® Awards,” Crews shared. “She’s actually said the prayer here before.”

Crews also highlighted other big names attending and presenting at the event, including Paula Abdul and Donna Mills.

“It’s just an amazing group here,” he emphasized.

“We just love what [the Movieguide® Awards] means,” Crews added. “It’s so wonderful.”
