Late BATMAN Voice Actor Kevin Conroy to Appear in Upcoming DC Project

The late Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill will appear together one last time for DC’s upcoming JUSTICE LEAGUE: CRISIS ON INFINITE EARTHS — PART 3.
Both Conroy and Hamill are well known for their takes on Batman and the Joker, respectively, and their voiceover versions of the iconic characters are widely recognized as some of the best performances of the comic book figures.
Per MSN, “Their working relationship as the characters began from 1992’s BATMAN: THE ANIMATED SERIES and crossed through various pieces of media, including Rocksteady’s Arkham games.”
Conroy and Hamill’s voices will feature in the third part of CRISIS ON INFINITE EARTHS, along with a cast that includes Corey Stoll, Brian Bloom, Katee Sackhoff and Ashly Burch, per IGN.
The voice actor also posthumously appeared in Rocksteady’s recent video game, “Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.”
Conroy passed away in 2022 after battling intestinal cancer, and his longtime co-star Hamill said he would no longer voice the Joker.
“Without Batman, crime has no punchline,” the STAR WARS actor said at a fan convention, referencing a popular quote from the DC villain.
There’s no official premiere date for JUSTICE LEAGUE: CRISIS ON INFINITE EARTHS — PART 3, but PART 2 is set to come out April 23, 2024.
