Gabby is finding more ways to take audiences to the Dollhouse.

Not only is hit children’s show GABBY’S DOLLHOUSE coming to theaters as a movie later this month, but fans will get a fun interactive twist: the console and PC video game DreamWorks “Gabby’s Dollhouse: Ready to Party.”

“This brand-new 3D narrative adventure invites players to join Gabby and Pandy Paws as they get ready for a big celebration,” said the game’s producers, Universal Products & Experiences and game developer Outright Games. “Using the dollhouse’s Catavator, players explore a vibrant dollhouse filled with colorful rooms, each bursting with unique activities, dozens of mini games, and delightful surprises.”

Managing Director at Outright Games Stephanie Malham added, “We’re excited to bring the magic of this series into the hands of families around the world with today’s launch of DreamWorks Gabby’s Dollhouse: Ready to Party. GABBY’S DOLLHOUSE resonates so strongly with families because of its heart, imagination, and positivity. Bringing that world to life through interactive play allows us to engage fans in a whole new way that encourages creativity and shared discovery.”

Outright Games received a positive response from fans when they announced the new game on Instagram.

“There’s a cat-tacular party happening and everyone’s invited!” they said in the caption. “Learn, play, and create as you and your kids explore magical world in DreamWorks Gabby’s Dollhouse: Ready to Party.”

People shared excitement in the comment section. “My daughter is going to love this game!” one person said. Another user added, “Sound fun!”

THE GABBY MOVIE is set to come out Sept. 26.

“I come at it as a father of Gabby fans, so that was the biggest thing for me,” said director Ryan Crego. “When the opportunity came up, it was like turning my daughter’s favorite TV show into a movie. I was like, absolutely, we need to do this. She’s gonna think I’m the coolest. It’s hard to get a seven-year-old to think you’re the coolest, but that was the big draw.”

Crego explained that his kids even helped make decisions about the film.

“I’d get their feedback…I remember very specifically a musical number in the beginning where Gabby has sunglasses and a sparkly hoodie. We couldn’t decide which one, so I called my daughter upstairs and she picked one. That’s the one that made it into the movie.”

He added, “I wanted to make sure I had the test audience at home.”

Movieguide®’s most recent review of the GABBY’S DOLLHOUSE series reads, “The first three episodes of GABBY’S DOLLHOUSE: Season 11 are fun, adorable and interactive. However, the third episode is the best. At the end, Gabby sings to her friends about friendship. Her song celebrates spending time together, bringing out the best in each other, sharing, playing together, singing together, making crafts together, and loving one another.”
