2 GUNS tops a modest weekend
Universal’s vulgar violent 2 GUNS out gunned THE WOLVERINE to take the top spot. THE SMURFS 2 came in a disappointing third, followed by THE CONJURING and the amazing DESPICABLE ME 2.   DESPICABLE ME 2 is sailing well above the $300 million mark demonstrating to the world that if your $79 million family movie is entertaining enough it can far surpass most of the big-budget special effects Summer blockbusters.
