Episodes: Season Overview
More Detail:
“The Right Thing to Do” addresses life’s hard decisions. Jack is shown having to sell his cherished Chevelle and face his estranged, abusive father so he can provide a home for his growing family. Toby’s surgery forces Kate to realize the depth of her feelings for him. Kevin has to decide whether to pursue a relationship with Olivia or Sloane. The episode is real and raw. Each decision is shown in its importance, complexity, and messiness. However, this episode has a strong Romantic, politically correct, pro-homosexual worldview with significant foul language and a reference to using a hallucinogen with a pagan shaman. So, it’s the most objectionable episode in the first season of THIS IS US.
