More Detail:

In “What Now?,” the tension continues between Jack and Rebecca as she leaves to go on tour. Frustrated, Jack visits the bar with some colleagues, only to have a female coworker make advances on him. He rejects her and drives to Rebecca’s first show despite being somewhat intoxicated. William leaves Tess and Annie in charge of his memorial service, and they plan a celebration of his favorite things. At this service, Randall and Rebecca reconcile and reunite. Kevin’s play reopens and is a success, leading Ron Howard to contact Kevin about a potential movie role. Randall quits his job after realizing his firm takes him for granted. Kate tells Toby she believes Jack’s death is her fault.

“What Now?” takes the viewer for an emotional rollercoaster as it tries to both wrap up loose ends for this season and create cliffhangers for the next season. While the tension between Jack and Rebecca builds with alarming speed, the positive reaction to Kevin’s play, and Randall and Rebecca’s reunion leads to some happy conclusions. “What Now?” stresses many moral values, but caution is advised for some lewd references and foul language.
