Get ready to bring BLUEY to your living room in a whole new way! The children’s show just partnered with tabletop game Catan.
“Wackadoo! We’ve got something special coming up and we can barely contain our excitement,” the Catan Instagram account announced. “The iconic BLUEY is coming to the world of CATAN!”

ICv2 reported that CATAN Studio “licensed BLUEY from BBC Studios” for a new edition of the popular board game. However, this isn’t the first BLUEY game; Asmodee, the parent company of CATAN Studio, previously released a “Spot It!” BLUEY game.
“With over 45 billion minutes viewed and holding the No. 1 most-streamed title in the US for two years running, Bluey’s impact is undeniable — but for us, the screen is just the starting point,” Suzy Lee Raia, EVP of Global Consumer Products at BBC Studios, said in a statement. “Every partnership and experience we build is designed to create the kind of moments the episodes themselves deliver, ones that fans anticipate, gather around, share, and come back to again and again.”
Stephen Davies, SVP, Global Licensing at BBC Studios, added, “For us, extending BLUEY beyond the screen is about finding meaningful ways for families to step into the world they already love — building authentic shared moments that hold their meaning across generations. Whether it’s through a live experience, a game or a book, every touchpoint is designed to capture the same sense of play and connection that defines the series — meeting audiences wherever they are and giving them new ways to engage, together.”
Even though BLUEY has come to an end, there’s still endless fun to be had with the characters. For example, the characters from the beloved children’s cartoon will be appearing at Disney World starting May 26.
“Bluey’s Wild World at Conservation Station is a playful and immersive experience sure to leave you smiling. With mates all around, familiar tunes will get you moving and grooving all with an animal twist!” DisneyParksBlog shared.
Meanwhile, the BLUEY movie is set to hit theaters in 2027, continuing “the adventures of Bluey, a lovable, inexhaustible, blue heeler dog, who lives with her Mum, Dad and her little sister, Bingo,” per Variety.
Movieguide® rates BLUEY highly, even nominating it for a Teddy Bear Award®. Part of the review for Episodes 348 and 349: “Ghostbasket” and “The Sign” reads:
These episodes are not only well animated but have top notch storytelling. The characters are all relatable by both children and adults. The entire purpose of each episode is to teach important life lessons for every person. “Ghostbasket” shows how the elderly should be treated. “The Sign” is about trusting in a divine plan even when life doesn’t go your way. Thus, both episodes have strong moral worldviews. “Ghostbasket” and “The Sign” are a delight for children of all ages, including parents and grandparents.
From board games to theme parks to the upcoming movie, BLUEY is everywhere these days!
