Joanna Gaines cooked up something special for the Food Network.
Her new show, titled MAGNOLIA TABLE: AT THE FARM, will see the home reno queen whip up exciting new recipes in her Waco home. The show is an offshoot of her prior show, MAGNOLIA TABLE.
“This show is all about slowing down, having fun in the kitchen, and creating simple meals that bring people together,” Gaines said in a press release.
She added, “I’m excited to share some of my favorite recipes and stories from our life on the farm, and I hope it will inspire you to savor the time you spend in the company of good food and people you love.”
The series will focus on “cherished family recipes, seasonal favorites, quick snacks” and “Sunday treats.”
“MAGNOLIA TABLE is a series we’re long loved, and in its next chapter, Jo brings us back to the place she feels most at home: the farm,” added Allison Page, Magnolia Network president. “This series feels personal and relaxed, as we spend time with Joanna in her own space.”
She added, “We can’t wait to share it with viewers.”
It will air on both the Food Network and Gaines’ Magnolia Network, as well as streaming on HBO Max.
“In #MagnoliaTable At the Farm, Jo invites you into her home kitchen as she cooks her family’s favorite recipes — from quick snacks to weekend staples. Along the way, she shares her tried-and-true cooking tips, how she uses fresh ingredients, and offers a glimpse into family life on the farm,” an Instagram post announced.
The series premieres on Sept. 7 at 11 a.m. ET. with new episodes rolling out weekly. It will include six episodes total.
Fans shared their excitement on Instagram. “FINALLY!!!! I’ve been so afraid this was cancelled!!!!” one user said. Another person added, “Finally!!!!!! What we’ve all been waiting for 😍”
While the Food Network/Magnolia Network/HBO Max airing schedule might seem unusual, it isn’t actually that surprising because they all fall under the same company.
Delish reported, “The dual airing shouldn’t come as a surprise — Food Network, Magnolia Network, and HBO Max are all under the Warner Bros. Discovery umbrella. Past episodes of MAGNOLIA TABLE have even aired on the Food Network, but this time, she’s officially part of their lineup.”
If you love food, family and sentiment, mark Sept. 7 on your calendars for this exciting new show.
