Kel Mitchell Asks Fans to ‘Send A Prayer’ for Nickelodeon Co-Star Amanda Bynes

Former child star Kel Mitchell recently showed love to Nickelodeon co-star Amanda Bynes at the second annual ’90s Con.
Bynes was expected to appear at the convention alongside Mitchell but was unable to make it.
Mitchell took the stage and asked fans to “send a prayer” that the actress “feel better” but did not give any more details about Bynes’ health.
Bynes has previously struggled publicly with the fame she attained at a young age and was placed under a temporary conservatorship in 2013. She was later released from the conservatorship in 2022.
Mitchell, a licensed pastor, frequently publicly shares his faith. Movieguide® previously reported:

“Being an ambassador for Christ is very important to me. That is first, and I always talk about putting Him in everything in my life,” Mitchell said over a Zoom at the Liberty University Convocation.
During the Q & A with the school’s former Vice President for Spiritual Development David Nasser, Mitchell noted that his life as a child actor looked different from his classmates.
“In school I didn’t really have time to goof off because I was like, ‘Okay I’ve got this job I have to go to after school.’” Mitchell said.
