Sight & Sound’s JESUS Breaks Records, Returns for Special Encore Broadcast

Sight & Sound’s theater stage production of JESUS had a record-breaking 3 million people tune into the Easter broadcast, and people want to see it again.
TBN will show a rebroadcast of the hit musical adventure JESUS due to clamoring demand from people who want to see it again or who may have missed it the first time.
The production is set to be on TBN on May 13 at 9 p.m. EST/ 6 p.m. PST, just two days before the DVD and digital download release date on May 15.
“We’re thrilled to share this special encore television broadcast of JESUS on TBN,” said Sight & Sound Chief Creative Officer Josh Enck. “You may not be able to attend a theatrical event or worship services just yet, but audiences can still witness the greatest rescue story ever told as it comes to life on screen.”
The show was filmed in front of a live audience and tells the story and miraculous events of Jesus’ life.
Sight & Sound Theatres have had other musicals come to the small screen over the years including NOAH (2019), MOSES (2018) and JONAH (2017).
